BetRivers Poker Hits All-Time Revenue High One Year Into Four-State Network

BetRivers Poker network connecting Pennsylvania, Michigan, Delaware and West Virginia.

  • BetRivers reached a record 10.0% share of the US regulated online poker market in July 2026, according to Poker Industry PRO data reported by Pokerfuse.
  • Poker Industry PRO estimates BetRivers made over $900,000 in poker revenue in July 2026, its best month yet and roughly 36% higher than a year earlier.
  • BetRivers hit those numbers without New Jersey, one of the largest available markets, making its record performance even more notable.
  • A New Jersey launch would create the first-ever five-state online poker network and, per Pokerfuse, could open up about 30% of the US market.

The BetRivers Poker network just posted its strongest results since launching online poker in the United States, just over a year after expanding to four states. Data from Poker Industry PRO, reported by Pokerfuse on August 31, 2026, shows BetRivers reached a record 10.0% share of the US regulated online poker market in July 2026, edging past its previous peak of 9.7%. A year earlier that share sat at 7.1%. Poker Industry PRO also estimates BetRivers generated over $900,000 in poker revenue during the month, its best on record and about 36% higher than the same month in 2025. The site achieved all of this without yet going live in New Jersey, so the figures arguably understate its performance.

A Record Month For BetRivers Poker

The headline number is market share. Poker Industry PRO estimates BetRivers held 10.0% of the US regulated online poker market in July 2026, up from 7.1% a year earlier. That is a record for the operator and a meaningful jump in a market this competitive.

Revenue tells the same story. Poker Industry PRO estimates BetRivers made over $900,000 in poker revenue in July 2026, its best month yet and roughly 36% more than the same month a year ago, shortly after its four-state network launched. These are estimates, not official operator figures, but they line up with a second measure of activity.

That second measure is the PRO Score, a blended metric that combines cash game traffic and tournament entries, tracked through SharkScope Analytics. BetRivers posted a PRO Score of 159 in July 2026, up from 120 a year earlier. That is about 33% growth, closely matching the revenue trend and suggesting real player activity is driving the numbers rather than a one-off spike.

How BetRivers Grew Its Market Share

The market-wide 10.0% figure hides how dominant BetRivers is inside the states where it actually operates. In Pennsylvania its share is around 14%, and in Michigan it is around 15%. Its footprint is even more concentrated in two smaller states: BetRivers is the only regulated online poker provider in both Delaware and West Virginia.

Those state-level shares matter because BetRivers runs a shared-liquidity network. Players in Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia and Delaware pool into the same games, which builds bigger cash tables and larger tournament fields than any single state could support on its own. Our guide to shared liquidity and MSIGA explains how these interstate compacts work and why they are so important for online poker traffic in the US.

Why New Jersey Is The Missing Piece

The most striking part of these results is what BetRivers has not done yet: launch in New Jersey. New Jersey is one of the biggest available US markets, and BetRivers hit a record without it. That gap is also its next big opportunity.

Because BetRivers is currently the only regulated online poker provider in Delaware and West Virginia, adding New Jersey would let it claim the first-ever five-state online poker network. The launch has been delayed, with regulatory approval presumably still pending. New Jersey also carries extra hurdles, notably its rules requiring gaming servers to sit inside Atlantic City. Pokerfuse expects the launch to happen in 2026 and says New Jersey would open up about 30% of the US market to BetRivers, with revenue expected to grow rapidly in response.

How BetRivers Built Its Four-State Network

BetRivers first launched online poker in Pennsylvania in October 2024, as we covered in our report on its Pennsylvania debut. About nine months later, on June 10, 2025, it went live simultaneously in Michigan, West Virginia and Delaware to form the four-state BetRivers Poker network.

That expansion delivered several firsts. BetRivers became the first site to launch online poker in West Virginia, the first to go live in multiple states at once, and the first to bring regulated online poker back to Delaware in 18 months. One year on, that groundwork is what the July 2026 numbers are built on.

The Competitive Picture

BetRivers grew while facing real competition for players. PokerStars, now branded PokerStars Exclusively on FanDuel, relaunched in April 2026 with a new three-state network, tournament series and major promotions. Poker Industry PRO estimates its revenue grew from about $2.2 million in July 2025 to $2.5 million in July 2026, so it remains the larger operator by revenue.

Summer also brought the 2026 World Series of Poker, which ran online bracelet events until July 14 and a Main Event until July 15, followed by a Circuit series. Those events compete for player attention every year. BetRivers still posted a record month against that backdrop.

What BetRivers’ Growth Means For US Poker Players

For US poker players, more competition and more liquidity is good news. BetRivers is building bigger shared-liquidity games across four states, PokerStars is competing across its own three-state network, and a potential five-state BetRivers network could strengthen the regulated market further. If you play in Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia or Delaware, you are already seeing the benefit. If you play in New Jersey, a BetRivers launch in 2026 would give you another regulated option. We will keep tracking the numbers and tell you what they mean for your game.
