BetRivers Poker has launched Mystery Bounty tournaments in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Delaware and West Virginia. The new tournaments have different buy-ins and are part of the site’s second-anniversary celebrations.
Players can win surprise cash prizes for knocking out opponents once the tournament reaches the money. BetRivers is also running promotions from October 26 through November 1, including two free tournament tickets for eligible players.
Here’s how the tournaments work, who can play and how to get your free tickets.
How BetRivers Mystery Bounty Tournaments Work
In Mystery Bounty tournaments, players can win surprise cash prizes for knocking out opponents after reaching the money. You won’t know how much a bounty is worth until you win it. BetRivers reveals the prize on screen after each knockout and updates the average bounty amount as players are eliminated.
The tables also have icons showing which all-in players you can knock out for a bounty. You can also see which prizes are still available. For more tips, check out our guide to Mystery Bounty tournaments explained.
Who Can Play the New Mystery Bounty Events
BetRivers Mystery Bounty tournaments are available to eligible players in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Delaware and West Virginia. The site uses Run It Once software, which we covered when BetRivers Poker launched in Pennsylvania. It’s also the only regulated online poker site in West Virginia.
BetRivers is the third regulated US poker operator to offer Mystery Bounty tournaments, following WSOP Online and PokerStars on FanDuel. It’s also the first time the format is available through regulated online poker sites in Delaware and West Virginia.

Shared Player Pools and the Multi-State Picture
BetRivers operates a shared online poker network across Pennsylvania, Michigan, Delaware and West Virginia. The Multi-State Internet Gaming Agreement (MSIGA) allows participating states to share online poker players. However, it’s unclear whether all Mystery Bounty tournaments use this shared player pool.
Players can check the BetRivers tournament lobby for buy-ins, prize guarantees and schedules before signing up.
Free Anniversary Tickets: Who Qualifies and When They Land
Players who played at least one real-money hand on BetRivers Poker by October 25, 2026, qualify for two free tournament tickets. No opt-in is needed, and the tickets are added to eligible accounts automatically.
- October 27: One free Sit-and-Go (SNG) ticket.
- October 30: One free multi-table tournament (MTT) ticket.
Both tickets are valid for seven days after they’re issued. Play-money hands and freerolls don’t count toward eligibility. Eligible players can log in to BetRivers to check their tickets and expiry dates. Anniversary Week also includes daily Super Splashes and the Run It Back promotion. Check the BetRivers Poker client for the latest details.
