BetOnline Launches 25 Days of Poker in December

The holidays are here. Ask any poker player about the best escape from the madness of the holidays, and they will tell you it’s a seat at a poker table. Online poker provides that opportunity at any time and from any place.

BetOnline, along with sister site SportsBetting.ag, want to provide a little extra incentive to pull up the online poker tables in December. They deliver with the 25 Days of Poker promotion, which kicks off on December 1 and offers $50K in prizes over the first 25 days of the month.

Accept the Missions

The 25 Days of Poker activities are accessible through missions. A mission on BetOnline and Sportsbetting.ag is a challenge of sorts, a task to complete for a reward. Players can opt in to these challenges through the “My Missions” platform via desktop or “Contests” on mobile devices.

Opt in to the 25 Days of Poker, and the site will then track progress throughout the promotion.

Every day, starting December 1 and continuing through December 25, the online poker elves will offer a mission. Complete that mission to win a ticket to a daily $2K All-In Shootout Freeroll every day. The top 100 players will win shares of that prize pool every day as follows.

-1^st through 10^th places: $50 each
-11^th through 50^th places: $25 each
-51^st through 100^th places: $10 each

All-in tournaments require the players to be all-in on every hand. While the skill component is missing, it also doesn’t require the players to be there to compete. Players are automatically all-in on every hand. Therefore, they can simply log on the following day to see the results of the tournament. The players’ actions won’t change the outcome, so most will just let it run and check the results later.

Mission Options

Players will have a number of ways to complete each day’s mission. If completed by 11pm ET, that is enough time to get a complementary seat into that night’s 11:45pm ET freeroll.

The goal is to earn three points in total to win the All-In Shootout Freeroll seat each day. A completed cash game mission earns 2 points, while players can earn one point for each SNG, Windfall, or tournament mission.

Every day, players can decide how to earn their points and then compete in a freeroll that they don’t even need to attend. It’s not a bad way to earn some holiday cash while spending some tie at the tables for entertainment or for brushing up on those poker skills for the new year.
