Hustler Casino Live Benches Britney Jing as Staking Dispute Escalates

Hustler Casino Live (HCL) has pulled high-stakes regular Britney Jing, known as “AllInBritney,” from its livestreamed cash games while it reviews the allegations against her. The allegations against Britney Jing include an unpaid staking debt, deception and possible collusion, which she denies. HCL says it has reached no conclusions.
HCL posted a short statement on X explaining the decision, as reported by PokerNews:
“We are aware of the various allegations concerning Britney and take them seriously. We are gathering information from the people involved and reviewing the relevant facts. We will not draw conclusions before that review is complete.”
The show added that it will provide an update when it has more information to share.
The allegations began with a September 21 video from Chengsi “C Ye” Ye titled “She Ghosted Me After Owing Me Money.” Ye says Jing helped her get a seat in HCL’s Tuesday game and bought 30% of her action. Buying action, or staking, means paying a share of a player’s buy-in in exchange for the same share of their results.
Ye claims Jing collected around $140,000 through the arrangement. She says she then lost $60,000 in one session, and Jing refused to pay her $18,000 share. Jing responded publicly on September 24: “I have no outstanding debts, and I have always paid out my shares right away.”
Jing also accused Ye of underreporting winnings from a June cash game at the Venetian Las Vegas. Ye said she won $190,000, while Jing claimed $80,000 was unaccounted for. Jing said Venetian staff checked surveillance, but a recorded call later challenged that account. A Venetian security employee said nothing was flagged against Ye’s name around the date of the game.
More players have since raised complaints. Peter Wang accused Jing of colluding against him in a streamed hand, though players disagree on whether the hand looks suspicious.
Wesley Fei also alleged that Jing bought action from several players at the same table during a 2023 Bicycle Casino game. Fei stopped short of accusing those players of colluding, but the arrangement raised concerns about players having a financial interest in their opponents’ results.
Jing has also received public support from prominent figures, including HCL founder Ryan Feldman. He initially backed her publicly, writing: “I believe and support Britney. She would never not pay someone, especially $18K.”
Xuan Liu also posted a video defending Jing’s character, though she later said, “I just said exactly what I was told.” HCL ultimately benched Jing pending its review of the allegations.
Collusion is difficult to prove from a single hand. The Wang hand shows the problem, with players viewing the same footage reaching different conclusions. HCL has acted on integrity concerns before, including banning a player in 2022 for looking at an opponent’s cards.
For most players, this story is a reminder about staking risk. Staking deals often run on trust, so a dispute can quickly become one person’s word against another’s. If you buy or sell action, agree on terms in writing and settle results promptly. Buying action from players at your own table also raises fair-play questions, even when no one breaks a rule.
HCL has not said how long its review will take or when Jing could return to the stream. The show says it is gathering information from those involved and reviewing the relevant facts before reaching any conclusions.
For now, the allegations against Britney Jing remain unproven, and she remains off HCL while the review continues. The outcome could also provide more clarity on how the show handles staking arrangements and other potential conflicts between players at its tables. HCL says it will provide an update when it has more information to share.
