Micro Tournament Series Underway at BetOnline

Written by Jennifer Newell
Last updated on June 17th, 2021
BetOnline Micro Tournament Series MTS The vast majority of online poker players don’t have the money to play the major online poker tournament series offered by big operators. That is the reason that operators attract thousands upon thousands of players in series with micro buy-ins. BetOnline wanted to offer a series to its players as well. And its Micro Tournament Series is underway now through June 27.

Micro Tournament Series

Most players call it the MTS, and it kicked off on June 13. The 15-day series will run through June 27 with 100 events in total. And with a guarantee on every prize pool, it adds up to more than $215K guaranteed for the entire series. Buy-ins for the Micro Tournament Series start at just $1, and the highest buy-in – even for the Main Event – is just $10. The schedule lists mostly No Limit Hold’em events, but there are quite a few Omaha tournaments. And various formats in the lineup include progressive knockouts (PKO), rebuys, turbos, and heads-up. There will be two versions of the Main Event, one with a $2 buy-in and $5K guarantee, with the other priced at $10 with a $20K guarantee. Both are 8-max.

Weekend Schedules

Many BetOnline players flock to the tables on the weekends, so let’s take a look at the Saturday and Sunday schedules for the next two weekends. The Main Events are highlighted.
