Americas Cardroom High Five Series Set for April 17-21

Americas Cardroom

One of the most popular tournaments on the Winning Poker Network, specifically Americas Cardroom, is the High Five Tournament Series. It lasts for a few days, offers a very wide variety of buy-ins, and offers guarantees on every event’s prize pool.

One of the main perks of the High Five, however, is the 10-minute “courtesy breaks” at 4:30pm ET that give players time to enjoy their cannabis. Obviously, partaking in those breaks in that way isn’t mandatory, but many players have expressed their appreciation.

The High Five series is back, and it’s set to play out from April 17-21 with a total of $1.3 million in tournament guarantees.

Series Overview and Highlights

The High Five will offer five special tournaments for the five days beginning Wednesday, April 17. It is called a 420-friendly series, not only running through April 20 (4/20) but giving 4:20pm breaks each day, offering a $420K guarantee on its main event, and running it with a $420 buy-in. I believe the theme is fairly obvious.

The five-day tournament offers 25 tournaments – five per day – with $1.3 million in total guarantees.

Players can choose from Hold’em and Omaha, and the structures include everything from rebuys to deep stacks, from knockouts to hyper-turbos. Buy-ins range from $1 to $1,000, and guarantees start at $500 and go up to $420,000.

And it culminates in the $420 buy-in NLHE Main Event on April 21 with a $420K guarantee.
