The 2026 World Series of Poker (WSOP) Schedule
The 2026 World Series of Poker kicks off on May 26th with two events kicking off the action at Paris and Horseshoe Las Vegas Casinos. The opening event is the $500 Mini Mystery Millions, which joins the $5,000 8-Max No-Limit Hold’em event on the schedule on Day 1. The traditional curtain-raiser to the festival, the $500 entry Casino Employees Event, is scheduled for Day and is only open to those in the industry and is a reward for hardworking staff members from around the world who help put poker tournaments on all year round.
In the opening week of the 2026 WSOP, a total of 15 events will take place, and that lightning-quick pace continues throughout the 100-event series, which ends on July 15, although it is not yet known when the new world champion will win the most prestigious WSOP bracelet, adorned with several precious gems as in previous years.
Players will also have one last shot at WSOP glory in the 100th and final event, a $1,000 buy-in Super Turbo No-Limit Hold’em tournament that starts at 10am and plays down to a winner while the WSOP prepares to wrap up in Sin City.
As always, most players will be eyeing the $10,000 WSOP Main Event, which last year awarded Michael Mizrachi not only the $10 million top prize but a place in poker history as he was indicted into the Poker Hall of Fame. This year’s Main Event kicks off on July 2 and the final table will be formed on July 13. It is not yet known whether the final table will take place immediately as in recent years or whether there will be a delay such as during the 'November Nine' era of the game between 2008-2016.
Elsewhere on the schedule, fan-favorite tournaments such as the $500-entry Colossus (June 10), $1,000 Ladies Championship (June 25), and $1,000 Tag Team (June 24) will once again return. Meanwhile, major high-roller events, including the $50,000 Poker Players Championship (June 21), $250,000 Super High Roller (June 13), and $100,000 High Roller (June 10), will attract the biggest names in poker.
