PokerGO Tour Sets Starter Schedule for 2022

Written by Jennifer Newell
Last updated on October 28th, 2021
PokerGO Tour presented by Guaranteed Rate It is too early for stores to start selling Christmas decorations. It’s not even Halloween yet. But it’s definitely not too early to announce high-stakes poker tournaments for the first quarter of 2022. PokerGO knows that high rollers might want to look past the World Series of Poker and the high-stakes tournaments on the rest of the 2021 PokerGO Tour calendar. What better time to release some 2022 information and get players excited beyond the current year? PokerGO knows what their players want.

2021 is Not Nearly Over

First, we should look at the calendar for 2021. There are still quite a few tournaments on the schedule for this year. Some of them are a part of the 2021 WSOP schedule and that run at Aria and concurrently with the WSOP. The WSOP events included on the PokerGO Tour are the upcoming events 53, 56, 57, 60, 66, 67, 73, 76, 78, 82, 84, 85, and 87. The Aria High Roller series runs on October 28 and then November 4-14. From that point forward:
-December 2: Bellagio High Roller 1: $10K NLHE -December 3: Bellagio High Roller 2: $10K NLHE -December 4: Bellagio High Roller 3: $10K NLHE -December 5: Bellagio High Roller 4: $10K 8-Game -December 6: Bellagio High Roller 5: $10K NLHE -December 7: Bellagio High Roller 6: $10K NLHE -December 8: Bellagio High Roller 7: $10K NLHE -December 9: Bellagio High Roller 8: $10K PLO -December 10: Bellagio High Roller 9: $25K NLHE -December 11: Bellagio High Roller 10: $25K NLHE -December 12: Bellagio High Roller 11: $10K NLHE -December 14: Bellagio High Roller 12: $25K NLHE -December 15: WPT Five Diamond World Poker Classic at Bellagio: $10K NLHE -December 20: PokerGO Tour Championship at Aria: $50K NLHE

Looking Toward 2022

For those high-stakes players who welcome the new year with solid bankrolls, the PokerGO Tour presented by Guaranteed Rate will start offering new season tournaments on January 5. Note, however, that there is one series on the schedule that will start with what is widely considered a reasonable tournament buy-in. The Stairway to Millions begins at just $1K and increases quickly. Anyone who reaches the money in one event, though, automatically wins an entry into the next one. This means that a player could take $1K and run it up to $1M. The entire schedule is here:
-January 5: Venetian High Roller 1: $10K NLHE -January 6: Venetian HR 2: $10K NLHE -January 7: Venetian HR 3: $15K NLHE -January 8: Venetian HR 4: $25K NLHE -January 13: Stairway to Millions 1 at Aria: $1K NLHE -January 14: Stairway 2: $2K NLHE -January 15: Stairway 3: $4K NLHE -January 16: Stairway 4: $8K NLHE -January 17: Stairway 5: $15K NLHE -January 18: Stairway 6: $25K NLHE -January 19: Stairway 7: $50K NLHE -January 20: Stairway 8: $100K NLHE -February 2: PokerGO Cup 1 at Aria: $10K NLHE -February 3: PokerGO Cup 2: $10K NLHE -February 4: PokerGO Cup 3: $10K NLHE -February 5: PokerGO Cup 4: $15K NLHE -February 6: PokerGO Cup 5: $25K NLHE -February 7: PokerGO Cup 6: $25K NLHE -February 8: PokerGO Cup 7: $50K NLHE -February 9: PokerGO Cup 8: $100K NLHE -February 12: PokerGO $100K Heads-Up Championship at Aria -February 23: Venetian High Roller 5: $10K NLHE -February 24: Venetian HR 6: $10K NLHE -February 25: Venetian HR 7: $15K NLHE -February 26: Venetian HR 8: $25K NLHE -March 4: Super High Roller Series Russia 1 in Sochi: $25K Short Deck -March 5: SHRS Russia 2: $25K PLO -March 6: SHRS Russia 3: $25K NLHE -March 7: SHRS Russia 4: $50K Short Deck -March 8: SHRS Russia 5: $25K PLO -March 9: SHRS Russia 6: $50K NLHE -March 10: SHRS Russia 7: $100K Short Deck -March 11: Super High Roller Bowl Russia: $250K NLHE -March 11: SHRS Russia 8: $25K PLO -March 12: SHRS Russia 9: $50K NLHE -March 13: SHRS Russia 10: $50K NLHE -March 16: US Poker Open 1 at Aria: $10K NLHE -March 17: USPO 2: $10K PLO -March 18: USPO 3: $10K NLHE -March 19: USPO 4: $10K Big Bet Mix -March 20: USPO 5: $10K NLHE -March 21: USPO 6: $15K 8-Game -March 22: USPO 7: $15K NLHE -March 23: USPO 8: $15K PLO -March 24: USPO 9: $25K NLHE -March 25: USPO 10: $25K PLO -March 26: USPO 11: $25K NLHE -March 27: USPO 12: $50K NLHE
PokerGO President Mori Eskandani discussed the thrill of revealing the first group of 2022 events on the PokerGO Tour. “In its first season, the PGT made its mark on the poker world by providing players and fans everywhere with some truly memorable moments. We look forward to building upon the momentum from the PokerGO Tour’s first season as we continue to showcase the game’s elite players in the world’s most competitive high-stakes tournaments.” https://twitter.com/PokerGOTour/status/1450508299170979844?s=20
