Most people are familiar with Super Bowl Sunday. But who knows about Super Saturday? Ignition poker players should know, as it is not new for them. But it’s coming up again, so it’s time to familiarize more players with the day of special tournaments.
Super Saturday
The big game is on Sunday, February 12. A lot of people watch it for the Super Bowl itself, for the culmination of a football season. Others watch it for the commercials. Many tune in for the halftime show. And some just sweat the action after placing sports wagers.
But what do you do the day before Super Bowl Sunday? Besides running out for beer and chips, there’s not much going on. That means it’s the perfect time for some poker.
Ignition is again running its Super Saturday.
There will be 16 events on Saturday and four on Sunday, just for those looking for some extra action while watching the game. And altogether, there is more than $788K guaranteed.
Buy-ins start at just $0.57 and run as high as $1K, though most are less than $100. There are satellites for the larger buy-in events as well.
